RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All online sales are final. We know you will love your new Wild product. If however there is damage to your product and the fault is caused by us prior to delivery you can return your item for exchange within 15 days of purchase. We do inspect all pieces before shipping to ensure no damaged product is sent out.  Please notify us via email at the time of discovering a flaw with your Wild product and return the item to us at Wild Outdoors Club - PO Box 4002, Yarrow Stn Main, Chilliwack, BC Canada. V2R 5H8 for an exchange or online store credit.
