How do I join the club?
The Wild Outdoors club is for everyone and anyone who loves the outdoors, adventuring, and getting rad with friends. To join the Wild community, all you need to do is share your adventure photos and stories with us online, either through social media or by emailing us at wildoutdoorsclub@gmail.com. Your support for the club, and our wild conservation efforts by repping Wild Outdoors Club goods makes you an official member! Stay wild.
Why A Club?
There are a lot of other great companies and brands selling outdoor gear and apparel. We should know, we own a lot of it... We don't feel the need to compete or boast about having the best products, or to simply be another brand selling more stuff. However, we do believe in pursuing what we love, and building community around shared passions. We recognize that there is a diverse collection of adventurers and athletes who love the wild, from day hikers to remote explorers, rock climbers to scuba divers, downhill mountain bikers to surfers, global travelers and weekend warriors. We want to unite all the outdoor enthusiasts from all walks of life under the common shared love of being in the wild outdoors. Making and selling our products is just one way to connect this vast community and express our common passion. Membership is free. The motivation to go wild is yours. If you agree that life is better spent outdoors, you're invited to join the club!
How long does it take to receive my order?
It typically takes about 2-3 business days to have your order shipped off. After all, we have adventures to tend to. After that, depending on your location, it will take around 5 business days to arrive.
Do you ship international?
Not yet, but it's coming! We are currently shipping Canada wide and to the U.S. We are hoping to start shipping anywhere in the world later this year.
Where are your products made?
All our apparel and accessories are sourced from the highest quality fair-trade fabrics and materials, and hand screened and embroidered in the mountain foothills of British Columbia's Fraser Valley, in the heart of North America's Pacific Northwest. Proud to be made in the PNW!
What outdoor initiatives do you support and how?
We are working towards donating funds to a handful of local outdoor-focused' initiatives based in our local area, which we will review for change every year. If you'd like us to know about an awesome project that is working to promote, support, and preserve spaces, places or wildlife that you think we should donate to, you can email us at wildoutdoorsclub@gmail.com and we will look into adding them to our list of charities. What is your Return Policy?
All online sales are final. We know you will love your new Wild product. If however there is damage to your product and the fault is caused by us prior to delivery you can return your item for exchange within 15 days of purchase. Please notify us via email at the time of discovering a fault and return the item to us at Wild Outdoors Club - PO Box 4002, Yarrow Stn Main, Chilliwack, BC Canada. V2R 5H8 -

What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or give-away draw, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature. How do we protect visitor information?

Do we use "cookies"?

How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?
To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production. To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping. Third party links In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work).
